Messiaen miniatures at the New Music Indaba

My piece, A Little Crystal, will be performed at this concert:

The Chamber Music Company (UK) perform Messiaen’s Quartet for the End of Time alongside 8 short responses by South African composers at The Atrium, University of the Witwatersrand. The concert forms part of South Africa’s premiere new music event, the New Music Indaba 2008, and includes new pieces by Robert Fokkens, Paul Hanmer, Jurgen Brauninger, Clare Loveday, Michael Blake, Cameron Harris and Nishlyn Ramanna.

Robert also joins the composition faculty for the Indaba, leading workshops for young composers with the Chamber Music Company of London.
